We're trying to purchase our first home. I'm currently caught on one that I think would be perfect for our situation. I'm so frustrated and irritated with my husband blase attitude on the rush you see this home. The houses are flying off the market right now where were looking and this one is in our budget and has more space than we technically have to have. I've been pushing him for a week since it came on the market to see it but he's like give the realtor a break blah blah blah. So today we find out their accepted a verbal offer on the place. In my mind that means go see it now not later and put it in writing if you want it dont keep waiting but he's like not on the same page with rushing. Verbal doesn't mean binding I want to go see it and I want to see it now. I told him emotionally I'm not where he is with the wait and see bull he's got going on. My emitions may not be able to deal with home buying and pregnancy
