Is morning sickness only throwing up? Or is nauseousness and lack of appetite and feeling crappy also morning sickness?

Nausea is a sign of morning sickness, not everyone throws up. I only threw up once and I think that was because I ate too much. All the other time I just had really bad nausea to the point where I just wanted to curl up in the fetal position and sleep. I survived on ginger ale, sour candy, and unisom and b6.

Morning sickness is nausea. Any vomiting/lack of appetite is because of the nausea
