Wash routine?

I just started using cloth (baby is 1 month). 
What is a good way routine? The diapers I have didn’t come with a recommendation. I’ve been just washing them as normal laundry for the last few days. Wondering what everyone else does

Wash routine basics:
Dry pail in an airy basket to prevent ammonia buildup and smells 
Pre wash every 1-2 days at 40/60°C with a half dose of detergent plus stain remover if needed.
Main wash every 2/3 days at 40/60°C with a full dose detergent for heavy soiling, machine size and hard/soft water.
Main wash needs to be loosely full when dry, 2/3-3/4 full when wet for good agitation. Can bulk with anything smaller than 24"x24" as big things wrap around nappies/diapers and prevent a good clean.
Non-bio/sensitive/enzyme-free detergents needs 60°C/hot washes, bio/enzyme detegents can be washed at 40°C/warm xx

1st wash - hot , 2nd wash - hot with Tide liquid detergent. Dry on line or timed dry low heat (80 min for us).
My 2 year old is potty trained and we did cloth. This tried and true routine never failed us!

Cloth diapers need a 2nd wash. Just one wash isn’t enough to clean the fibers of the diapers. First wash should be the lightest option your machine offers and the second wash should be the heavy duty option your machine offers. You need detergent in both.
