How to increase and even supply?

I need your help, mama’s. My baby boy is a month old and eating 4oz at every feeding. The most I pump is 3oz. How can I increase my supply. I eat oatmeal and try to drink lots of water. I just got some chocolate drink mix with fenugreek in it. Anything else I can do? I pump ever 3-4 hours and have tried pumping every two and power pumping and didn’t really notice and increase...

I would appreciate it!

I always drank body armor and mothers milk tea. The tea is nasty but seemed to help some. Also, my lactation consultant said that staying calm and listening to soft music will help

Be careful with the fenugreek. If you see a decrease, don’t continue. I’m not into doing supplements like already made. I have made my own stuff with recipes for smoothies and cookies just on whatever site.. 
It’s all about supply and demand though.. Keep pumping constantly & nursing if baby latches on also. Make sure you’re eating normal/often and lots of water. Aim for a gallon a day if you can. Or at least half your body weight.

Pump every 2-3hrs. If you do essential oils, basil oil or fennel oil are good for increasing supply.
