Ovulation help please

I’ve been spotting brown blood for the past 4 days which is not normal for me. I have two apps and they both say I was suppose to ovulate yesterday. I still haven’t got a positive test. It keeps getting darker and then lighter. Today it’s been extremely light every test I take. Should I keep testing or did I miss it already?
