What all are you taking for sinus congestion?

Starting today 14w1d I’ve been sneezing a ton and have a horrible sinus headache right smack in the middle of my head! 
What all are you or can you take for this?

I was told by my Dr that anything tylenol was safe. I have taken this and it helped. They have it at Walmart. Hope you feel better!

I have tried sinus medicine and allergy medicine. Nothing has worked. The only thing that has worked for me is Afrin nasal spray.
