Off BC and feeling crazy!!
Anyone else feel this way after coming off your birth control? I have been off for a few months and I have horrible symptoms. Acne worse than when I was going through puberty, crazy bad cramps, headaches, nausea... I have been on birth control for over 7 years for multiple issues with my mensuration.
Now that I am off I feel like I am going cray cray!! 🤷🏼♀️
