Daughters Cough... 😷

So my 20 month old daughter has had a cough when she goes to sleep each night for the past 5 days.

It only concerns me at night. Sounds very horsey.

She doesn’t have the cough during the day.

She doesn’t have a fever at all.

She does have a runny nose, clear runny nose, but because she is teething right now too.

Spoke to the nurse at her pediatrician, and I told her that I was running Vick’s on the chest, giving her zarabees cough, nose friedaing her nose morn and night.

She’s drinking and eating, so that’s not concerning me, it’s truly just this cough.

She does go to daycare and has been during this whole time.

Should I be concerned? Any other remedies?
