Leg pain in early Pregnancy

I have a question! I have these leg pains mostly in my right leg up in thigh. Front thigh. Went to the doctors today and they said I don’t have a blood clot after all the test. But I’m just wondering if anyone else have felt this pain? At 5 weeks pregnant.
