Insomnia??

I wake up at least 2 times a night and it takes me like an hour or more to fall back asleep

I'm not sleeping at all, I've had about 3 hours in as many nights. I'm too uncomfortable, the bloating, the heat, the stress and then the constant peeing! 🙄

This happens to me as well...I wake up to pee about 3-4 times a night. I usually don’t have a hard time falling back asleep, but sometimes I do!! It stinks. 😭😭😭

My sr told me to take unisom tablets not gels but the tablets
