These days, not really. Decades ago, ultrasound technology was not what it is now. They couldn't see detailed heart chambers etc, now they can.  So it's accurate. Especially if they see a penis, it's for sure accurate.

I mean they can get it wrong yes. My Mil was told my husband was a girl...he’s clearly not lol
