weird bumps???

okay so i’ve had these painless white bumps on my left side of my vagina for about 1 1/2 months and they haven’t gone away. They look like razor bumps but they’re white and I haven’t shaved in 3 months but they won’t go away. i’m due for my annual visit at the gynecologist in a month to renew my birth control but i’m kind of concerned about these bumps?? they’re painless and look like whiteheads but they don’t pop? has anyone had this before??? Are these new moles?? An STD??? can someone please explain i’m going crazy
