I had sex twice this week, both times using a condom the entire time, checked the condoms before and after for no holes, he pulled out way before being close to finishing (gave head to make him finish), and I take the pill at the same time every day. I’m anxious someone reassure me.

There is almost a 0% chance you are pregnant. I’m on the pill, my fiancé and I don’t use condoms, he doesn’t pull out and I haven’t gotten pregnant. Not that I would recommend any of that if you aren’t ready for a baby. Try not to stress so much about it. Stress can affect your periods and make them late or even skipped altogether which I would imagine will make you freak out even more so just try to calm down and rest assured that you are taking plenty of steps to prevent a pregnancy.
