Hip pain early pregancy

I’m about 4 weeks 6days today and I haven’t really had much for symptoms but I have been having side hip pain. Started off on my left side but it was there before I found out I was pregnant. Now it’s on the other side, but it feels like it’s my hip bone? I’m not sure what to call it but when I massage the bone it feels like that’s the spot. It hurts! But besides that I have some mild lower back pain, but no cramps or anything else. Anyone else experience similar pains?

P.s my last pregnancy ended as an ectopic and I only have my left tube now. But bc of that I have been getting my hcg levels checked. My doctor is happy with the rise so we are only checking it now once a week. I thought this was important to know since I am experiencing some pains and I want to believe that it’s not ectopic pain.
