Both for me. A lot of the time i use pron for the sounds and imagine my own scenario in my head.

I only imagine my husband and I. 
I gave up porn because it always made me feel guilty. About 90% of porn is some type of sex trafficking and there’s no way to know what you’re actually looking at.
I didn’t feel comfortable knowing that.

Porn is great but it is an intense form of stimulation. If you are a strong vizualizer, just imagining sexy stuff and masturbating can be so much better, like so incredibly amazing because you can create any sexual scenario you could ever dream of and be there in your mind and physically stimulate with it.
