My wisdom tooth has been causing me excruciating pain & I just finished a course of antibiotics. I keep reading articles online that say it’s unsafe to get dental work during the first trimester. My OBGYN & dentist both told me it’s perfectly safe. They’ll be using local anesthesia & I’ll be prescribed Tylenol afterwards. Has anyone had their tooth extracted during their first trimester? I’m a little nervous.
