The redness could be an issue. But if there’s no pain and you can nurse normally on that side then yes it’s normal.

They make cold/hot bra inserts. Cold will help bring it down some, hot will increase your flow. If you got clogged Ducks (if you feel hard lumps that are painful) get a hand pump and go stand in the warm shower, message your breasts were the lumps are for a monitor then use the pump. Your not pumping to get a lot just enough to get the ducks flowing. Then some ice will help calm your flow. Just don’t over do the ice, up don’t want to kill your flow. If they are just engorged with no clogging them just keep feeding like normal and it’ll even out and get better. Sorry lady that looks painful! With I first they always hurt and I had so many clogs

Oh momma, yes..lanta I feel for you, that'll be me in a few days/weeks! 
You can pump/express a bit, just don't do it too much otherwise your body will think you want that much milk!

Yupp! With my first it literally hurt to have my arms naturally hang at my sides cause just the slightest touch was excruciating. The only relief I had was a warm shower covering the nipples
