Great HB and Embryo growth but Gestational sac is slow growing

Hi, I had my 8 week scan today and the embryo was growing as it should and the heartbeat is 174, the only issue is the gestational sac is measuring behind. I’ve had 5 miscarriages in the past and am trying not to lose hope. Any success stories out there?
