Tips for healing cracked /sore nipples
Hi ladies ,
I’ve pretty much have been trial and error with breastfeeding since leaving the hospital and I am finally going to see a lactation specialist later this week . Because of my trial and error - I’m sure I damaged my nipples ( that and my initially improper latch ) . Any tips for healing nipples . My nipples are now misshapen and one had a little bit of skin come off when my LO was nursing today
