Help! Meal ideas 😩
Ok I’m really struggling with finding foods that are appetizing and also not 100% terrible for me. I used to eat so healthy and now the thought of meat and veggies grosses me out entirely. Hoping this passes soon... but in the meantime, does anybody have any recommendations for meals that are at least semi-healthy yet nausea-friendly? Lol... if that makes sense. What’s been working for you?
