PLEASE HELP pink tissue coming out???

Question

I skipped my period last month with my birth control so it may be breakthrough? But two days ago I had sex and it was rough and I think it left me with a bruised cervix. I also forgot my birth control pill the day before so that night I took 2 at once. Now it is two days later and i’m having this pink tissue coming out. What could this be?

Probably breakthrough from missing a pill. If I took my pill an hour or two late at the beginning of birth control I would breakthrough bleed also. If this was the only time you skipped a pill and took 2 when you realized you should still be protected unless its your first month of pills. You should be fine.
