Check up 25 weeks

So I had a check up today and my midwife said everything was good but just a little concerned about how much water I drank today lol oops, I only had one bottle of water and coffee. Anyways she was looking for babies heartbeat and couldn’t find him near my belly button well mind u I’m a lot bigger so I told her the last time I didn’t the Doppler he was still near my pubic bone and she was kind of shocked but I asked if that means any concerns and she said no. But does anyone have this where baby’s heart beat still being found near pubic bone?
