So I am on Synthroid. I have subclinical hypothyroidism.

During pregnancy it was always hard to get my TSH just low enough.

But now post partum its too low even with my lower dose.

I breastfeed, does this affect my baby? Obviously I am getting things changed now, but my TSH is .024 and T4 is 2.04 (top of range is 1.77) and T3 is at max of 4.4

I'm afraid that having too much has done damage to my infant.

Oh and I have been so tired that I honestly barely registered if this has affected me or not
