Post ovulation BBT spike

Anyone else have this at 5DPO? It seems like a big jump in temperature 🤷🏼‍♀️ I know you should go off of just one temp but rather the pattern they make... I’m not a very patient person with TTC 😂 My bbt has never been this high. Last cycle it only got up to 98.16 post ovulation. Do you think this could be a good sign that I might be pregnant this cycle?
