Advice please- can anyone know how to induce periods naturally?

I am 16days late now, which has never happened before with me, Have got a negative blood test and the urine test, I don’t want to take any medicines to get back my period.

We are trying for a baby and thought may b m pregnant but all the test came negative, what to do now
