Okay guys i need some support, I have taken ten tests most have very light positive lines, the digitals give a pregnant reading

My mother wanted me to go to the doctor right away, now I’m just confused, they tested very late in the day and the urine test showed a very faint positive, they insisted on doing an ultrasound that didn’t show anything “I didn’t have implantion bleeding until 2 days before my period was due Friday” and they did a blood pregnancy test which I was told would be back today but I was told there is another 24 hour wait

I’m having such bad anxiety me and my husband has been trying for 16 months, am I pregnant or not?
