Symptoms @ 4 weeks ?

i haven’t tested yet, i will thursday. 
let’s say you are 2 days late for period. what are symptoms? i completely forgot during my miscarriage back in 2017 :(

The only symptom I had was a missed period and nothing else

I had some cramping, sore heavy feeling breast and I was really tired! I also was having really vivid dreams which can apparently be from rising progesterone levels. Good luck!!!

Definitely did get symptoms early on. Just feeling lightheaded and nauseas. Thought I had the rona for a good week before I took a pregnancy test.

I am 4 weeks 2 days exactly and I have had mild cramps for the last week they come and go never consistent and very mild. I also have extreme tiredness, breast tenderness, extreme thirst and I'm extra emotional. But all women are different.

I’m 5 weeks and I haven’t had any symptoms

I'm 4 weeks today  and have no symptoms yet  and if this pregnancy is like my others I had little to no symptoms as well. 
Each woman and pregnancy is different.
