Is anyone planning on delivering at a birth center? This is my first and I have Kaiser so I figured my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I recently found out they do! I am so excited to try and find the right fit for my husband and I to welcome our little boy into the world!

If anyone has birth center stories to share I would love to hear them! Personally I am very confident in my body to birth my son, and don’t have the confidence in medical staff to let us do that as peacefully and naturally as possible. To their credit, they are trained to do things a very specific way and I’m just skeptical on whether that way will suit me.

What are your thoughts?
