POSITIVE PREG TEST AFTER MISCARRIAGE?

So its been exactly 1 week since i had a miscarriage( passed sac nothing else seen at ultrasound). But how come when i take a test its a big positive? 
Last time i had a chemical preg i automatically saw the line get fainter.

So sorry for your loss but it can takes weeks for the hgc to leave your body . Iv had 6 miscarriages now and I was still testing positive 3 weeks later x

Yes I had an ectopic my hcg never went passed 1,000 hcg level and it took almost 4 wks!!!!! for tests to go down to 0, your doc needs to make sure yours hormones go down.

Unfortunately HCG can stay in your system for a very long time. Mine took 3 months for it to completely go back to zero after my miscarriage back in April.

Mine took 2-4 weeks each time to show negative. Unfortunately that’s normal

your HCG horomone is still there, that’s why they say to wait until your next regular cycle to the again.
mine took a full month to finally go back to its baseline.
