Tips Please ?

So me and my fiancé have been trying to conceive for almost going on a year now and I’ve been off birth control for almost 2 years (Depo Shot) and Were still having no luck on getting pregnant. Anyone have any tips we could do to help conceive or if there is any ? I’m starting to loose hope 😕 We both want a baby so bad.

Have you talked to your doctor? My doctor said they recommend trying for 1 year and if no luck to come in, but we could always have a discussion at 6 months.
Are you currently doing OPK’s to make sure you know you are ovulating and doing the BD multiple times during your fertile week? 
I have been using premom ovulation strips and clear blue digital. I do clear blue in the morning along with a premom strip, and another premom strip in the evening to see what my LH level is at.
