Cramps or more ?

I keep getting sharp pains in my lower abdomen. It feels like a cramp and sometimes makes me nauseous. I’ve been getting multiple a day since my last period, which was two weeks ago. I don’t want to bring it up to my mom because she’ll just say I’m overreacting. I can’t go to the doctor without her consent because I’m still a minor. Idk what to do...
