I feel like not everyone showers everyday but I do, I shower every single night before bed (this doesn’t include hair washing. I had designated hair wash days bc if I wash it everyday it gets too dry and crappy) My so and I were talking about the last person we went and stayed the night with. It was his sister, and she had no soap in her bathroom besides shampoo and conditioner. Not even hand soap. Now disclaimer! Spending the night was a spur of the moment decision. I usually bring my own soap and stuff if I’m planning on staying the night with someone because I hate using other people’s stuff, I just feel like it’s rude unless they specifically tell you otherwise that it’s okay. She asked us to stay the night, and got her hopes up that we would before we even talked about it and she just missed her brother and I saw that so I was like alright were stayin, and I

But only if I’m able to shower because I just can’t sleep if I feel all gross and she was like of course!

ANYWAYS, so I go to shower and all she has is shampoo and conditioner. I literally just used shampoo to wash my body that night. Like not even a bar of body soap was in sight. My so and I were just conversing about how common that is, like his friends.. one of his friends just has shampoo in his shower and the dude doesn’t even have any hair... and my friends are the same unless they personally struggle with acne and have a whole skincare routine like proactive or some other brand.

Meanwhile, in my shower I have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, shaving cream, loofas, and even a back brush.

My wash cloths and towels are washed everyday in hot water and I even go the extra step and have one wash cloth for my

Face and one for my ass and one for my

Body. I use 2 towels too. One for my hair and one for body.

(Actually I just remembered I do have one friend like that lol but only one!)

This is how I was raised since i was born like I don’t know any different, my SO has adapted to having so many soap options lol so now when he’s without he feels gross.

Either other people have weird quirks where they hide their body soaps under their beds or like, just don’t wash their bodies.. or wash their ass with shampoo like I don’t know what’s going on here.
