Line eyes

Please no judgement, we have a 5 month old & we had to use an infertility doctor after having two miscarriages. We honestly didn’t think we would be able to get pregnant again with out our infertility doctor, but my period should be in 6 days and I’ve been having all the same symptoms as I did with my son. Does anyone see a very faint line??
