12 dpo onwards, it is advisable to test only morning or morning and evening ?

I have no idea what these other people who commented are talking about 😳 
Implantation occurs between 6-12dpo and hcg takes about 48 hours after implantation to reach levels that give a positive result on a home pregnancy test so the very earliest you could get a positive is 8dpo but you might not get a positive until 14dpo. And it definitely matters what time of day you test. First morning urine is recommended because it is usually the most concentrated urine and has a greater amount of hcg present when conception has occurred. So if you sleep 6+ hours and don’t drink anything or get up to pee in the middle of the night then you should test with first morning urine. Generally speaking, the darker the urine, the more concentrated it will be. 
I wouldn’t advise testing more than once a day. And honestly, every other day is actually a better idea because it takes 48+ hours for hcg to double.

Anytime you want. Usually evening results are stronger than morning.

You can test as early as 8dpo, you can test any time of the day. Only test once as tests won’t change in one day. It takes 2-3 days for hcg to double. Test once every few days.
