Hypo-mania
Can anyone with bipolar II please share what happens during their manic phase? I have realized I’m not very self aware, and if it’s not obvious then I don’t realize it. My therapist thinks I’m bipolar II, but I really love getting my sleep so I’m not sure about the manic part.
