Any tips on Femara?

Doctor just prescribed me Femara after 5 years of ttc. I’m about to be 26 and I have unexplained infertility. I am nervous and excited. I chose Femara over Clomid just because. Any tips? I have normal periods and everything’s fine, I’d appreciate any tips for a first timer. My OB is the one who prescribed it to me and said she won’t prescribe me Clomid after. She said I would have to go to a fertility doctor for that.

I’ve done 4 cycles of Femara and gotten pregnant 2 of them (both miscarried). Both cycles that I got pregnant I made diet changes. I would recommend a very clean diet at least in the first 2 weeks of your cycle, but the entire time if you can. I really think it was the difference during my cycles that I was pregnant. I never have any side effects except for around ovulation. I never had ovulation symptoms before but do on the Femara.
