I had a ultrasound today and it says I’m 6wks n 3 days and no heartbeat :(( but from my last period it’s stating I’m 7wks 4 days .. dr is having me comeback in a week for another ultrasound to see if there’s a heartbeat or I’m preparing for another miscarriage.. but I have a lot of symptoms still just no morning sickness ... I was pregnant before in 2015 had my 1st miscarriage and now this has anyone else have this issue then found out a week later and there was a heartbeat and the days were just off ??
