Yikes. I'm pretty bad at all that. I've had a pap once 6 years ago right before I got married and my doctor knows that. I go to a small local clinic that is really good so I'm a bit surprised she hasn't said anything about scheduling one. I go all the time though as we are having issues with being able to carry a baby

Never had a mammogram. I go to my gyno once a year and the dentist twice a year.

I stay up to date per my doctor’s or dentists recommendations. I get dental X-rays one a year and Pap smears are every other year based on my risk category. My employer provides unlimited sick time and expects us to use it for preventative health appointments, so there is no reason not to stay up to date.

I’ve never had a pap twice a year or x rays from the dentist. Both of those are only covered once a year by my ins. But yes, I stay up to date with my appointments.
