Boyfriend doesn’t brush teeth

I’m not here for judgement, I don’t got time for that. My boyfriend doesn’t brush his teeth frequently. I’m concerned about his teeth and am looking for suggestions on how to bring it up. I want to be honest with him as I am concerned. But it’s a very delicate subject. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
