How can I make myself less insecure and more confident?
I really need to do this for myself and my boyfriend. I get so jealous so easily because I am so insecure and scared I’m going to lose the love of my life. He will do things that make me feel jealous and say things that get under my skin and make me feel really low about myself. He says he’s just saying those things to make me stronger minded. Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do?
