Cramps/spotting mid cycle

I have had brown spotting from 3DPO to 7DPO, this has been accompanyed by mild cramping. All this has stopped today and ive felt nothing(8DPO) i’m due af in 6 days. What could this be? Anyone experienced similar?

I sometimes get brown spotting right before my period but not this early..
