11 dpo, implantation bleeding?!

I’m around 11 dpo and today I have had some light bloody discharge. My nipples have been super sore, which is really rare for me. I’ve had light lower abdominal pressure and cramping. I’m not supposed to start AF for another 4-5 days or so. Even when I have my period, I don’t really cramp and never have sore nipples. Are these good signs? My fiancé and I just started ttc 🤞🏼
