I love my mum to bits, but we just aren’t super close. I’m 17 and still find talking about periods awkward. But I’ve suffered with uti type symptoms for a while now and I know that I need to get it checked out. But I just don’t know how to bring it up to her. And I don’t wanna go to the doctors by myself in case it’s something more where she might need to know. Does anyone know/have experience on how to tell my mum that I think I have a uti?
