I did. My sons father was not happy at all. And had no problem sharing that he wasn’t happy when it was just him and I. When any of his friends were around, he was as excited as could be. I ignored his rude and insensitive comments and tried to remain as stress free as possible. My son is now almost 2 years old. His father is my now ex husband and isn’t around very much by his own choice.
