Do any moms or dads here ever feel frustrated with little things?

I love my daughter more than anything, but it is a pain to change her! She's 8 months old and flips on her stomach, tries to get on her knees, ugh!

Singing, entertaining, giving her a toy DOES NOT WORK.

Then she gets mad when I gently try to hold her down, and she thrashes and slams her head down (thank God it's a padded surface) in frustration.

I do not know what to do.

A stinky diaper is that much messier now because she doesn't cooperate.

I know it's not her fault, but someone please give me some ideas.

And of course, I feel like a jerk mom for getting frustrated so easily about this.
