I gave birth May 25. I’m breastfeeding and got my period for three days:

I’m 13 days late. With my firstborn, I was breast feeding but my period was regular... hmm

Answer

If you normally have a short period (3 days) and that was about the same flow and color that it normally was; then missing this month would be concerning if you’ve been having unprotected sex. 
If your periods are typically longer and heavier, then maybe last month was just some spotting? Anytime you miss a period post pregnancy; it can be more along the lines of your body regulating back to normal. Again, unless you’re having unprotected sex! You may want to test if so!
