Nexplanon

I had the nexplanon implant put in August 2017 and got it removed on October 2019 as me and my partner want to have another baby but since having it out I have only had 2 periods and haven’t conceived in the 10 months of having it out, I am a bit worried is it normal for my period to take this long to return to normal ?
