I’m between ovulation(3dpo according to opks) and my period and wondering what can be the cause of spotting at this point in someone’s cycle? Obviously I know it’s not pregnant and I can’t find any info on what could be the cause. We didnt have sex yesterday or anything. Could it be something underlying? It’s happened before in the days after ovulation. What are signs of pcos or ovarian cysts? My lower back has been constantly hurting as well. And I get mild to intense pelvic cramps during ovulationz
