Feeling good

I’m 6 weeks postpartum tomorrow and I exercised for the first time today! I just walked my dog for about 45 minutes but it’s a start! I honestly feel so much better after doing it and I’m excited to start to feel good about myself again. Even though I know it will be a while for me to lose this baby weight it still felt amazing to get out there again! All this week I’ve been drinking a gallon of water a day and that has been life changing honestly I lost about 5 pounds from just that! it just feels good to feel good about myself again! 😊
