There are so much benefits in coconut milk that can help you and your baby grow. Drinking coconut milk while pregnant can help with constipation, cramping, and help the newborn develop fat cell at a healthy rate. Drinking coconut milk while breastfeeding can help your baby have sweeter milk, produce fat cell, help baby constipation pass, relax upset stomach and improve digestion. Do not get to a baby under one year old age. I was drinking coconut milk once a day while breastfeeding and seen improvement so I had my family and friend try it too while breastfeeding and the results are positively satisfying. Baby that are over 1 year of age can have coconut milk to help with constipation when they first start off on cow milk. I would suggest 1 to 2 oz. a day for as long as they needed. Don’t give your child more than the necessary amount since it can have a bad effects to your child as in loss of weight that your growing child need. Small amount daily can have bigger impact than larger amounts of coconut milk. Small amount can help your child have increased of fat cell that’s required for growing body, improve digestion, and also improve relaxation from upset stomach. Ask your doctor before use.
